Billing & Subscription Policy

Clothing Enhancer offers monthly subscription plans with different credit allowances. Each plan is described on the pricing page. Credits are typically reset or added at the start of each billing period depending on the plan.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current price for your plan.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal on your account page.
• You can also request cancellation by contacting us at Birk2300s@gmail.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused days in the current billing period unless covered by our Refund Policy.

If you switch plans, the change may take effect at the next billing cycle or immediately, depending on how the upgrade or downgrade is processed by Stripe. Any price difference will be handled according to Stripe's proration rules.

If a payment fails, Stripe may attempt to charge your payment method again. Continued failed payments may result in suspension of your subscription and loss of access to paid features.

Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location and are collected where required by law.

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase your plan's price, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply at your next renewal unless you cancel.
