Refund Policy
Eligibility
We offer refunds on subscription payments and one-time purchases if you have not used any credits from the purchase. Once credits have been used, we cannot offer a refund because the service has been consumed.
How to request a refund
- Contact us through the contact page or by emailing Birk2300s@gmail.com.
- Include the email address associated with your account and the date of the purchase.
- We will review your account to confirm that no credits have been used.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Processing time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Once approved, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
We do not provide refunds in the following cases: credits have already been used; the refund request is made after the subscription has already renewed and credits from the new period have been used; or the request is fraudulent or abusive.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the conditions above are met.
