These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Clothing Enhancer website, applications, and services operated by clothingenhancer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Clothing Enhancer provides AI-powered tools for enhancing clothing product photos, swapping clothing onto generated models, and creating marketplace descriptions. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the service.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service to create illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or sexually explicit content, or to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to our Billing & Subscription Policy and Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the outputs generated for your account, subject to the license you grant us to process them. We retain all rights to the Clothing Enhancer name, logo, software, and branding.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, clothingenhancer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
